The attached memo/report is showing property tax collections through October/2020. When comparing the two years, it should be noted that in 2019 the Tax Lien Sale was held in October, and this year the sale will be in November, so proceeds from the 2020 sale are not yet included. A more complete comparison can be made next month, when both year’s totals include the Tax Lien Sale proceeds.
