What People are Saying about Mayor DiTullio:

"As a business owner in Wheat Ridge and a co-Board Member with Mayor DiTullio for the Wheat Ridge Business District Board, I have found Jerry to be a strong and fair advocate for business development in Wheat Ridge.  Wheat Ridge needs a thriving business climate to support the City's long term viability. I believe Jerry understands this and is practical about this need while also listening to citizens who desire to maintain Wheat Ridge's hometown feel.  We can get it all done with the right leadership, and I will be supporting Mayor DiTullio as that leader."

2009 Ballot Questions 2A and 2B

This map outlines the areas under discussion for the ballot questions, 2A and 2B.  The areas are all under  current Urban Renewal Plans and are predominantly commercial areas.  If one or more of the Urban Renewal Plans are expanded in the future, the ballot changes do NOT take effect in the new areas of the plan.

Ballot questions 2A and 2B, if approved by the voters,  will exempt these areas from the current height and density limitations defined in the City Charter.
